Our store is hosted on WooCommerce. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Returns and refunds may be initiated within 60 days of purchase date, as long as they are accompanied by proof of purchase (either in the form of a receipt or the physical product).
Unless otherwise requested, refunds will be made via the method of payment. Credit/debit card transactions can take up to 72 hours depending on your bank, and check/money order refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to arrive.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
