If you require shipping to an outer island, or international, address please contact us before submitting your order with the delivery address and we can advise you of shipping rates.

Please take note that we cannot take responsibility for any melting or damage that occurs in transit for international orders.

Same day shipping
All orders received before 12pm, will be shipped on the same day.

PO Boxes
Please note, we are unable to ship to PO Box addresses.

Pick-ups
Unfortunately, at this stage we are unable to offer a collection option for orders.

Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will be emailed your tracking number. Please note, if your delivery is to a rural address the tracking number will stop once handed over to rural delivery.

Signature required
All boxes will be sent with signature required. If you do not want to have to be home to receive delivery of the order, please select “no signature required” at the checkout and leave any special instructions in the “delivery instructions” box. Please note, Delightful Seeds Ltd take no responsibility, and will not be liable, for any loss that may occur once the box has been delivered as it may be left unattended.

Multiple shipping addresses
If you are wanting to ship your boxes to multiple addresses, you will need to process the orders individually, or you can email us your order together with names and addresses and we can send you a singular invoice for payment to avoid the hassle of multiple transactions.

Order not received?
If for some reason, you have not received your order within the above timeframes, please get in touch with us so we can track this via the courier company for you.

Order damaged in transit?
If some of your products have arrived damaged from transit, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of receiving your order (with photographic evidence) and we will sort a replacement for you.

Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase, if something is wrong when you receive your box, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your box and we will sort a resolution with you.

Due to the nature of our Snacks, we unfortunately are not able to refund for “change of mind”.
